风心病中肥大细胞与心肌纤维化的关系(英文) 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨风心病心肌中肥大细胞与心肌纤维化的关系 .方法 用甲苯胺兰染色检测患者心肌组织中肥大细胞数量 ,用 HE,Messon染色检测心肌纤维化面积 ,用免疫组化法检测 PCNA, , 型胶原表达量 ,并将结果进行相关性分析 .结果 风心病心肌组织中心肌纤维化明显增加 ,且与 PC-NA表达量呈明显正相关 (r=0 .857,P<0 .0 0 1 ) .肥大细胞数量在实验组较正常对照组明显增多 ,其数量与心肌组织中 , 型胶原表达量呈正相关 (r =0 .797,r =0 .851 ,P<0 .0 1 ) .结论 风心病心肌组织中肥大细胞参与了胶原合成及代谢 。 AIM To investigate the relationship between mast cells and volume of fibrosis in myocardium of rheumatic heart disease. METHODS The numbers of mast cells were measured by toluidine blue staining and the expressions of types Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagens and PCNA were tested by immunohistochemical staining. The correlation analysis was performed between the experimental and control groups. RESULTS The volume of fibrosis inueased significantly and was positively correlated to PCNA expression ( r=0.875, P <0.01). The number of mast cells in the myocardium of rheumatic heart diseases was significantly higher than that of healthy adult control group and was positively correlated with the expressions of types Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagens ( r Ⅰ=0.797, r Ⅱ= 0.851, P <0.01). CONCLUSION Mast cells may take part in collagen synthesis in myocardium of the rheumatic heart diseases. Measurement of number of mast cells can indirectly reflect the degrees of cardiac fibrosis.
