With the rapid development of financial science and technology,the demand of commercial banks for cutting-edge information technology is also increasing day by day. Risk management has always been the core issue of banking business. The strength of risk control capability has become an important criterion for distinguishing the quality of modern banks. From three aspects this article build the new early warning system and put forward suggestions.
