摘要
本文借助商业生态系统理论,以最具代表性的旅游代理类电子商务企业——携程旅行网为研究对象,界定并深入剖析了携程商业生态系统的构成、关键节点、发展演化及协调机制,且据此提出了携程生态系统的发展建议。
Based on the theory of business ecosystem, this paper takes Ctrip, the most representative travel agency of E-commerce enterprise, as the research object. This paper defines the concept of business ecosystem and its structure. It then dissects the composition, key node, evolution and coordination mechanism of Ctrip business ecosystem. Last but not least, it puts forward suggestions for the development of Ctrip ecosystem.
