摘要
目的:利用计算机图像处理系统及Microsoft Visual Studio软件开发平台对基底核区二维和三维图像进行设计,探索建立基底核区磁共振成像(MRI)图像、断层标本及三维重建图像的对照数据模型。方法:利用Microsoft Visual Studio,将获得的MRI图像、标本图像及三维图像建立数据模型。结果:建立的数据模型提供了基底核正常解剖学、影像学、三维图像对比特点,使抽象结构数字化、立体化、可视化,有助于对基底核区的理解。结论:本数据模型把基底核的三维图像结合到标本MRI的对比图中,有助于基底核区断层的理解。
Objective: To design the two-dimensional and three-dimensional images of the basal area using the computer image processing system and the VS software development platform and to explore the comparative data model of M_RI image, sectional specimen image and three-dimensional reconstruction image. Methods: Microsoft Visual Studio was used to establish the data model of MRI image, specimen image and three-dimensional image. Results: The data model presented the characteristics of the three-dimensional image of the normal anatomy image of the basal nucleus, which made the abstract structure digital, three-dimensional and visual. Conclusion: This data model integrates the three dimensional images of the basal nucleus into the contrast map of the sample MRI.
