Body composition of middle and primary school students of Dong ethnicity in Guangxi

目的:调查广西侗族中小学生的体成分分布情况,分析其体成分年龄变化趋势及性别差异。方法:利用生物电阻抗法对广西侗族中小学生750人(男383人,女367人)进行体成分的测量。结果:随着年龄的增长,广西侗族中小学男女生的体质量、去脂体质量、肌肉量、身体水分比率、骨含量、蛋白质含量、身体水分、细胞内液、细胞外液等指标升高。体质量、去脂体质量、脂肪量、肌肉量、体脂率、身体水分比率、骨含量、蛋白质含量、身体水分、细胞内液、细胞外液等11项指标均有性别间差异。体质量在11~14岁,骨含量在9~13岁,脂肪量及体脂率在9~15岁均表现为女生大于男生,其余年龄组表现为男生大于女生。9~11岁广西侗族中小学生体质量、去脂体质量、脂肪量、肌肉量、蛋白质含量、身体水分、细胞内液、细胞外液均低于同年龄鲁中地区汉族中小学生。结论:广西侗族中小学生体成分各项指标随着年龄增长而增加,而且存在性别及民族差异。

Objective.. To investigate body composition distribution of middle and primary school students of Dong ethnicity in Guangxi, and to analyze age trends and gender differences. Methods： Body composition of middle and primary school students of Dong ethnicity in Guangxi was measured by biological resistance. Results： Weight, fat free mass, muscle mass, body water percentage, bone mass, protein mass, body fluid mass, intraeellular fluid mass, extraeellular fluid mass of middle and primary school students of Dong ethnicity in Guangxi increased with age. There were gender differences in terms of their weight, fat free mass, fat mass, muscle mass, body fat percentage, body water percentage,bone mass, protein mass, body fluid mass, intracellular fluid mass and extracellular fluid mass. Girls did better in terms of their weight between 11 and 14 years old, bone mass at the age of 9 to 13, fat mass and body fat percentage at the age of 9 to 15. Boys performed better than girls at the rest of the groups. The weight, fat free mass, fat mass, muscle mass, protein mass, body fluid mass, intracellular fluid mass, and extracellular fluid mass at 9 to 11 years old of Dong ethnicity were lower than those of the same age of Han ethnicity. Conclusion： Body composition of middle and primary school students of Dong ethnicity in Guangxi increases with age, and there are gender and ethnic differences.
