摘要
为了研究骨架密实橡胶沥青混合料SDARC-13的路用性能,借鉴SMA-13的密实型骨架结构设计方法和AC-13C的级配设计方法,设计出骨架密实橡胶沥青混合料SDARC-13。通过冻融劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔试验、车辙实验、小梁疲劳试验和小梁弯曲试验,系统研究了不同掺量的橡胶粉对SDARC-13路用性能的影响,并与SMA-13,OGFC-13沥青混合料路用性能进行了比较。研究结果表明,掺入了橡胶粉后,SDARC-13沥青混合料的路用性能明显提高,其中,低温性能、疲劳性能、高温性能、水稳定性能相当于或优于SMA-13、OGFC-13沥青混合料;同时相关数据表明,橡胶粉掺入量并不是越大越好。
In order to study the road performances of skeleton dense asphalt rubber mixture SDARC-13, the skeleton dense asphalt rubber mixture SDARC-13 is designed by referring to dense skeleton structure design method of SMA-13 and gradation design method of AC-13C. This paper studies effects of different content of rubber powder on road perform- ances through freeze-thaw splitting test, immersion Marshall test, rutting test, fatigue of beam test, beam bending test, and compares them with SMA-13 and OGFC-13. The road performances of SDARC-13 rubber powder asphalt mixture pavement are obviously im- proved by analyzing the experimental data. Like the low temperature performance, fatigue performance, high temperature performance, water stability performance are equal to or better than AC-13C, SMA-13, OGFC-13 asphalt mixture. Meanwhile, the amount of rub- ber powder and the road performances of SDARC-13 are not positively correlated from rele- vant data.
