巴布剂的黏性评价研究进展

Viscosity evaluation on cataplasm: a recent progress

黏性是巴布剂一个很重要的质量评价指标。本文通过文献查阅和资料分析,对近年来巴布剂基质黏性评价指标及感官、仪器、流变学评价方法进行综述。感官指标直接真实但客观性不强,仪器评价方法须统一测试仪器和测试方法,而流变学特性可反映基质内在黏性性能,值得推广,再结合感官指标、仪器评价方法,可对巴布剂的黏性进行更准确、客观、全面的评价。

Viscosity is a vital quality evaluation index for cataplasm. In this review,we summarized viscosity evaluation index and sensory,instrumental and rheology evaluation of cataplasm bases. Sensory indexes are direct but not objective. For instrumental evaluation,the standard is misty and fuzzy. Rheology evaluation method has the ability to study polymer inherent viscosity behavior directly,which implies an enormous potential for viscosity evaluation of cataplasm. The rheological properties of cataplasm can be used to build a more professional and comprehensive system of viscosity evaluation,by combining with sensory and instrumental evaluation method.
