酸枣仁汤加减治疗维持性血液透析患者睡眠障碍60例

Sixty Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis and Sleep Disorder Treated with Modified Sour Jujube Decoction

目的:观察酸枣仁汤加减治疗维持性血液透析患者睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年2月—2017年1月于本院血液透析室行维持性血液透析的终末期肾脏病患者中120例有睡眠障碍患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组口服艾司唑仑片,治疗组采用酸枣仁汤加减。比较两组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)评分情况。结果:两组患者治疗后PSQI各项评分均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组除除睡眠时间外,其余各项评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后HAD评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:酸枣仁汤加减对于维持性血液透析患者睡眠障碍的改善有更好的疗效,可有效改善患者的临床症状。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Modified Sour Jujube Decoction on sleep disorder in patients with mainte- nance hemodialysis （MHD）. Methods： Totally 120 patients with sleep disorder and kidney disease in terminal stage perforuled MHD between February 2016 and January 2017 were randomized into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. Control group were orally given Estazolam Tablets while treatment group were given Modified Sour Jujube Decoction. The PSQI and HAD between the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment,the scores of PSQI in both groups declined,with statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05）. Except for sleeping time, the rest of the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Modified Sour Jujube Decoction can effectively improve sleep disorder in patients with MHD,which can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
