止痒洗剂1号治疗角化过度型足癣临床研究

Clinical Research on No.1 Itching-Relieving Solution for the Treatment of Hyperkeratosis Athlete's Foot

目的:观察止痒洗剂1号治疗角化过度型足癣的临床疗效。方法:选取黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院皮肤科门诊治疗的角化过度型足癣患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。所有患者均签署知情同意书。在观察过程中,由于患者依从性差、失访等其他原因,共脱落7例,治疗组58例,对照组55例,实际完成113例。治疗组给予止痒洗剂1号外洗治疗,对照组给予萘替芬酮康唑乳膏外涂治疗,日2次,疗程为4周。结果:治疗组治疗后症状、体征积分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组愈显率为89.7%,对照组愈显率为56.4%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组真菌清除率为84.5%,对照组真菌清除率67.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为7.7%,对照组复发率为16.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗期间及治疗后均未发生不良反应。结论:止痒洗剂1号治疗角化过度型足癣的临床疗效优于萘替芬酮康唑乳膏,远期疗效稳定,安全性较高。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of No. I Itching-Relieving Solution on hyperkeratosis athlete＇s foot. Methods： Totally 220 patients with hyperkeratosis athlete＇s foot treated in this hospital were randomized into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. All the patients had signed the contents. There were 7 cases dropped out due to poor obedience and loss of follow-up,and 113 cases completed the whole process of treatment （58 cases in treatment group and 55 cases in control group）. Treatment group were given exteral washing with No. 1 Itching-Relieving Solution while control group were given exteral application of Naftifine Hydrochloride and Ketoconazole Cream ,twice a day and 4 weeks as a treatment course. Results ：The scores of symptoms and signs after treatment in treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The cured and markedly effective rate was 89.7% in treatment group and 56.4% in control group; treatment group were superior to control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The clearance rate of fungus was 84.5 % in treatment group and 67.3 % in control group ; treatment group were supe- rior to control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The recurrence rate was 7.7% in treatment group and 16.7% in control group ;treatment group were superior to control group （ P 〈 0.05）. There was no adverse reaction in both groups during and after treatment. Conclusion ： No. 1 Itching-Relieving Solution has better effects on hyperkeratosis athlete＇s foot than Naftifine Hydrochloride and Ketoconazole Cream, and it has stable long-term therapeutic effects and high safety.
