消风散加减治疗青春期痤疮120例

One Hundred and Twenty Patients with Adolescent Acne Treated with Modified Wind-Dispersing Powder

目的:观察消风散加减治疗青春期痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年3月—2016年6月本院门诊青春期痤疮患者120例,风热夹湿证患者给予消风散合泻白散加减治疗,湿热内蕴证患者给予消风散合五味消毒饮加减治疗,痰热瘀阻证患者给予消风散合犀角地黄汤加减治疗,痰凝血瘀证患者给予消风散和导痰汤加减治疗。结果:120例患者,治愈50例,占41.6%,显效45例,占37.4%,有效18例,占15.0%,无效7例,占5.8%,有效率为94.2%。结论:青春期痤疮的不同证型给予消风散加减治疗可以改善青春期痤疮患者的皮肤损害。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Modified Wind-Dispersing Powder on adolescent acne. Methods：Totally 120 patients with adolescent ache treated in this hospital between March 2010 and June 2016 were selected. Patients with wind heat intermingling with dampness syndrome were given modified Wind-Dispersing Powder combined with White-Draining Powder; pa- tients with internal accumulation of damp heat were given modified Wind-Dispersing Powder combined with Five Ingredients Tox- in-Removing Beverage for the treatment; patients with phlegm heat stagnation syndrome were given modified Wiml-Dispersing Powder combined with Rhinoceros Horn and Rehmannia Decoction;patients with phlegm coagulation and blood stasis svndrome were given modified Wind-Dispersing Powder combined with Phlegm-Expelling Decoction. Results： Among the 120 patients ,50 pa- tients （41.6%） were cured;45 patients （ 37.4% ） were with excellent effects; 18 patients （ 15.0% ） with effects ; 7 cases （5.8%） without effect;the effective rate was 94.2%. Conclusion：Modified Wind-Dispersing Powder can improve the skin lesion of patients with adolescent ache of different syndromes.
