金鸡毛草的研究概况

金鸡毛草是一种具有较高的药用和食用价值的天然植物,开发前景非常广阔。目前金鸡毛草已实现人工栽培,通过对其栽培土壤和采收期进行质量控制,为其开发利用提供了安全保障。从现有药理研究结果来看,在动物实验研究阶段,金鸡毛草具有降血糖、降血压、降血脂等作用,但是药理作用机制及其有效物质基础仍不十分清楚。其药理活性成分研究主要集中在总黄酮、生物碱及多糖上,而其他几类成分的活性则尚需研究,确切的构效关系、量效关系研究报道也较少,同时也有部分的不良反应,一定程度上限制了金鸡毛草的制剂研发及其临床应用。因此,为了有效利用金鸡毛草药用价值,开发金鸡毛草院内制剂,有必要对其化学成分和药理作用进行更加深入系统的研究。

With quality .control by the cuhiv.ation soil and collection period, it has provided safety control for its development and utilization. According to the results of current pharmacological studies, the Daun Ngokilo has effects of lowering blood sugar, blood pressure and blood lipid in the animal experimental study phase, but its pharmacological mechanism and the active material basis are not very clear. The studies of pharmacological active ingredients mainly focus on total flavonoids, ＇alkaloid and polysaccharide, and other activities of the ingredients need further research. Reports on exact structure-ac- tivity relationship and dose-effect relationship are relatively few, and some side effects also restrict the research, development and clinical application of the preparations of Daun Ngokilo. Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the studies on the eheminal compositions and pharmacological action for the effective application of the medicinal value of Daun Ngokilo and the development of prep- arations of Daun Ngokilo.
