马丽散囊袋—水泥浆—胶囊封孔瓦斯压力测定技术研究

摘要 裂隙发育比较丰富的煤层进行封孔测定瓦斯压力时,钻孔孔口因封孔材料无法良好渗透粘接裂隙,往往会出现钻孔密封不严,承受注浆压力低等问题。针对以上问题,利用马丽散囊袋作为孔口封孔材料,提出马丽散囊袋—水泥浆—胶囊封孔测压技术,并运用于山西柳林某矿9#煤层瓦斯压力测定当中。此方法中,马丽散具有渗透性强,粘接加固性好,反应时间充足,操作容易,孔口封孔长度更长等优点。此外,通过实验室研究对所注水泥浆的灌注性能进行研究,得出测压所注水泥浆液最优配比比例。煤层裂隙发育丰富利用此方法测压可取得较好的效果。 When the coal seam with relatively developed fractures is used for sealing coal seams to determine gas pressure,the holes for drilling holes can not penetrate into the fissures because of the impermeable sealing materials,which often lead to problems such as tight sealing of bore holes and low pressure of grouting. In view of the above problems,using merithan bag as the hole sealing material,merithan bag-grout-capsule sealing manometry technology is proposed and applied to the determination of 9#seam gas pressure in a mine in Liulin,Shanxi Province. In this method,merithan bag has the advantages of strong penetrability,good adhesive reinforcement,adequate reaction time,easy operation and longer pore sealing length. In addition,through the laboratory research on the pouring performance of the injected slurry,the optimal ratio of the measured slurry is obtained. This method can be used for abundant development of coal seam fracture to obtain better pressure measurement results.
