摘要
为分析噪声和员工不安全行为之间的关系,利用人机工程实验室设备,在模拟的噪声环境下,对负重状态的数名被测人员进行实验,检测其注意力、疲劳程度及听力损伤程度等指标,并采用SPSS19.0对噪声和实测员工的各项指标进行统计分析。不同强度下的噪声对员工的注意力及听力有一定的影响,并且噪声在某一范围内对员工的不安全行为影响达到最大值。
To analyze the relationship between noise and unsafe behaviors of employees,using the equipment of man-machine engineering laboratory,under the simulated noise environment,the attention,fatigue and hearing damage degree of several testees under load state are detected,then the indexes of the noise and the measured staff are analyzed statistically using SPSS 19. 0. Noise under different intensities has certain influence on the attention and hearing of employees,and the noise has the greatest impact on the unsafe behavior of employees in a certain range.
