北洋法政专门学堂是中国第一批官办法律新式学堂之一,在当时有西式办学环境、严谨的学术氛围,且具有光荣的革命传统,在中国近代法学教育中颇有影响。中国最早的马克思主义者,中国共产党的创始人之一——李大钊,走上追求进步、向往革命、为民奋斗的道路与其早年在北洋法政专门学堂的求学经历密不可分,文章从这一角度对李大钊早期思想的形成和发展做了详尽论述,认为李大钊在北洋法政专门学堂学习的六年,是他爱国觉悟和政治思想形成的关键时期,也为其日后成为坚定的马克思主义者奠定了坚实的思想基础。可以说北洋法政专门学校是李大钊思想成熟的转折点,为其人生轨迹的走向打下了坐标。

Beiyang Thammasat Specialized School is one of the first batch of China＇s government-run new-style law schools. At that time, there were western style school running environment, rigorous academic atmosphere, and glorious revolutionary tradition, which had great influence on Modern Chinese legal education. Li Dazhao, the earliest Chinese Marxian and one of the founders of the communist party of China, goes on the pursuit of progress, yearning for revolution and the road of struggle which is inseparable from his study experience in Beiyang Thammasat Specialized School. In this paper, from this angle by discussing the formation and development of Li Dazhao＇s early thoughts in detail, the author thinks that Li Dazhao has studied in Beiyang Thammasat Specialized School for six years, which is the key period of his patriotic consciousness and political ideology coming into being, laying a solid foundation for becoming a firm Marx doctrine the day after.It can be said that the Beiyang Thammasat Specialized School was the turning point of Li Dazhao＇s thoughts getting matured, which laid the coordinates for the trajectory of his life.
