中医外治法治疗艾滋病相关腹泻Meta分析

TCM External Therapy in AIDS Related Diarrhea of Meta Analysis

目的:观察中医外治法治疗艾滋病相关腹泻(HIV/AIDS related diarrhea,HRD)的有效性及安全性。方法:计算机检索CNKI、Pub Med、万方和VIP数据库,查阅所有中医外治法治疗HRD的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),自建库至2016年6月30日发表的文献均纳入检索范围。并对纳入文献的参考文献进行手工检索。按纳入标准、排除标准由两人独立进行RCT的筛选、资料提取和质量评价后,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入4个研究,394例患者。Meta分析结果显示:中医外治法和常规治疗相比,疗效指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。证据的质量和推荐的等级结果显示:RCT证据的水平均为低级;其推荐强度均为弱推荐。结论:中医外治法与常规治疗相比,疗效更确切,安全性更高。但因原始研究中RCT较少,质量普遍较低,建议结合临床具体情况使用,同时进一步采用更多大样本、高质量的RCT进行论证。

Objective： To explore the effectiveness and safety of external therapy of TCM treatment of HIV/AIDS related diarrhea.Methods： Such databases as Pubmed,VIP,CNKI and Wanfang were searched from their establishment to 30 June 2016 for collecting the randomized controlled trials（ RCTs） about external treatment of TCM of AIDS related diarrhea,and the references of those RCTs were also searched by hand. After study selection,assessment and data extraction conducted by two reviewers independently,meta-analyses were performed by using the Rev Man 5. 3 software. Results： Four studies involving 394 patients were included. The results of meta-analyses showed that： external treatment of TCM compared with conventional therapy,the curative effect difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Quality of evidence and recommended grade results showed that： The level of RCT evidence was low; the recommended strength was weak recommendation. Conclusion： The safety of external treatment of TCM is higher,the curative effect is better; However,because of the less RCT and lower quality in the original study,it is suggested that it be used in combination with specific clinical conditions. We still need to further use more large samples,high-quality RCT to demonstrate.
