芍药木瓜葛根汤治疗后循环缺血性单发性眩晕临床研究

Clinical Study on Shaoyao Mugao Gegen Tang in Treatment of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo

目的:观察芍药木瓜葛根汤治疗后循环缺血性单发性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将110例后循环缺血性单发性眩晕患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组合和治疗组,每组55例。所有患者均接受基础治疗,对照组55例,采用盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,每天5m0每晚1次,口服,4周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程;治疗组55例,采用芍药木瓜葛根汤(葛根30 g,川芎6 g,白芍30 g,鸡血藤15 g,木瓜12 g,天麻10 g,威灵仙15 g,白术10 g,炙甘草12 g)治疗,用水煎至300 m L,口服,每次150m L,4周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、各项临床症状变化情况,并评价两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组74.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组中医症状积分、眩晕、头痛、恶心呕吐、耳鸣、失眠积分分别为(4.48±1.56)分、(0.57±0.22)分、(0.59±0.24)分、(0.62±0.28)分、(0.63±0.29)分、(0.65±0.31)分,均低于对照组[(22.42±6.60)分、(2.41±0.80)分、(2.33±0.82)分、(2.29±0.86)分、(2.24±0.84)分、(2.30±0.82)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:后循环缺血性单发性眩晕患者采用芍药木瓜葛根汤治疗,可显著提高临床疗效,缓解临床症状,减轻痛苦,促进患者身体恢复。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shaoyao Mugao Gegen Tang in treatment of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo（ PCIV）. Methods： 110 patients were randomly divided into two groups. All the patients received basic treatment,control group（ n = 55） took western medicine; research group（ n = 55） took Shaoyao Mugao Gegen decoction. The TCM symptom score and changes of clinical symptoms of two groups before and after treatment were compared,and clinical efficacy of two groups were evaluated. Results： The total effective rate of research group was 90. 91%（ 50/55）,significantly higher than 74. 55%（ 41/55） of control group（ P〈0. 05）; After treatment,the TCM symptom,vertigo,headache,nausea and vomiting tinnitus,insomnia scores of research group were（ 4. 48 ± 1. 56） points,（ 0. 57 ± 0. 22） points,（ 0. 59 ± 0. 24） points,（ 0. 62 ± 0. 28） points,（ 0. 63 ± 0. 29）points,（ 0. 78 ± 0. 27） points respectively,which were lower than control group [（ 22. 42 ± 6. 60） points,（ 2. 41 ± 0. 80） points,（ 2. 33 ± 0. 82） points,（ 2. 29 ± 0. 86） points,（ 2. 24 ± 0. 84） points,（ 2. 30 ± 0. 82） points]（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Shaoyao Mugua Gegen Tang for treating PCIV patients can significantly increase clinical efficacy,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the pain,promote patients＇ recovery,which has obvious advantages and is worthy of application.
