警察教育与培训创新--美国华盛顿州警察学院问题导向教学方法的十年探索

摘要 2012年10月在上海举办的国际警察教育学术研讨会上,尼古拉斯·勒福里奇发表了题名为"执法教育与培训创新——从问题为导向的学习实践中获取的初步研究成果用于警察院校的教学"主题演讲。在准备过程中,勒福里奇教授在法学博士迈克尔·加夫尼和大卫·玛瑟博士的协助下,阐述了有关警察学员技能和知识获取方法的一些初步调查结果。这些警校毕业生接受了传统准军事训练,以及成人学习的启发式训练,后者广泛运用于医疗、咨询服务及其他的公共事业教育领域。本论文研究了警官培训过程中问题导向学习(PBL)模式的三种可能结果。内容包括:其一,通过问题导向学习(PBL)模式训练人员调查报告;其二,传统训练模式与问题导向学习(PBL)模式比较研究;其三,关于华盛顿州应用问题导向学习(PBL)模式的总结。结果显示,华盛顿州立警察学院不断开展的改革和成人学习方法改良,对于警员培训工作具有重要作用。 In the international academic symposium on police education held in Shanghai in October, 2012, Nicholas.P-Lefuliqi delivered a speech entitled "Innovate the Education and Training of Law Enforcement Officers Apply Research Findings Acquired from Problem-Led Learning to Police Academy Education". In the preparation, Professor Lefuliqi explained and analyzed his initial findings of the research into skills and knowledge cadets acquired under the assistance of JD Michael-J.Gaffney and David.M-Mather. These cadets received both traditional paramilitary and adults' heuristic training. The latter is generally used in medical treatment, consultation and other public educational sector. This paper studies three possible results concerning problem-led learning. Firstly, it covers the report on research into trainers who train problem-led learning; Secondly, it compares traditional training mode with problem-led learning; Thirdly, it summarizes experience in applying problem-led learning in Washington. The results show that Washington State Police Academy constantly reforms and innovate adults' learning methods, which is significant to police training.
