摘要
从提出"创新驱动发展"战略和实施各项推动创新创业发展的法律法规及政策以来,创新创业领域发展迅速,但同时也突显出创新人才短缺这一棘手的问题。在创新人才培养,尤其是基础教育阶段创新人才的培养上,我国现行的模式还存在很多弊病,培养出的创新人才缺乏实践操作能力。通过分析美国在基础教育阶段创新人才培养的模式以及对相应的理念、课程、课外活动等方面,有利于在相互学习中认清自身的短板,取长补短。
Since the strategy of "innovation driven development" has been put forward with laws, regulations and policies on innovative and entrepreneurial development, the field of innovation and entrepreneurship is developing rapidly, but lack of innovative talents has significantly become a real critical issue at the same time. In terms of cultivation of innovative talents, especially in the field of basic education, there are many defects in current cultivation mode in our country, which result in nurturing innovative talents without their practical ability. From the lens of analysis of cultivation of innovative talents in basic education in the United States and its aspects of ideas, curriculum and co-curricular activities, it will help us identify our shortcomings through learning from each other.
