Social and emotional skills is proposed by the United Nations educational, scientific and cultural organization, it＇s the core skills of competence in the 21 st century, it is have important influence on children＇s school readiness, academic performance, social adaptation and so on .So it is necessary for us to understand the contents of the preschool children＇s social emotional ability, framework and function mechanism. Through studying the course practice of abroad, development courses for children in our country, promote the development of children＇s social and emotional skills.
