摘要
当前,美国对教师的评价是基于教师真实课堂教学表现进行的。以密西西比州杰克逊公立学区为例,该学区利用教师表现评价工具对不同类型的教师采取不同评价方式和评价方法,确保了评价工作的有的放矢。表现评价过程操作规范,程序严谨。表现评价的结果仅对受评者公开并有针对性地为受评者制定教学改进计划和帮扶计划,对教师的专业成长和专业发展十分有利,实现了"以评促教"和"以评促学"的目的。《教师表现评价手册》是进行教师表现评价的实务操作手册,通过对手册内容的分析和解读,希冀我国学者能对教师表现评价这一教师能力评价新视角予以关注,在进行教师能力评价时聚焦教师教学能力这一核心能力、明确促进教师专业发展的评价目标、重视教师能力评价证据的收集以及发挥教师能力评价结果的实效。
