培养资优教育师资的高校课程审视——关于新南威尔士大学的个案研究 被引量:4

摘要 资优教育师资缺乏已成为阻碍各国资优教育实践的一个共性问题。在推动资优教育师资培养的过程中,高校已成为主要的培养阵地之一。新南威尔士大学是澳大利亚的一所顶尖大学,有着近三十年的资优教育教师培养历史。就当前而言,该校开设了本科生资优教育课程、资优教育研究生证书课程、教育硕士(资优教育方向)课程和短期在职资优教育培训课程来满足资优教育实践需要。概言之,新南威尔士大学建构了职前职后一体化的课程体系,开发了全面而有梯度的课程内容,采取了灵活多样的课程形式。 A lack of qualified teachers has become an obstacle of gifted education practice. During the process of promoting gifted education teacher training, university has played an really important role in the training of gifted education teachers. The University of New South Wales (UNSW) is one of Australia's top universities, with nearly 30 years of gifted education teachers training history. For the time being, UNSW offers undergraduate gifted education courses, the postgraduate Diploma in Gifted Education, the Master of Education (gifted education) course and the in-service gifted education curriculum to meet the needs of gifted education practice. In a word, the UNSW constructs a curriculum system of Post-employment integration, develops comprehensive and graded curriculum content, and adopts flexible and diverse curriculum form.
