摘要
传统多点成形设备基本采用三梁四柱式压力机,本文提出了一种新型的预应力组合框架式板材多点成形压力机,该结构不仅克服了传统三梁四柱结构压力机的立柱既受拉又受弯的状况,而且有效改善了压力机的整体受力状态,提高了压力机整体强度和刚度,同时提高了产品制造精度。本文对传统三梁四柱式压力机机架和预应力组合框架式压力机机架进行有限元模拟对比分析,结果表明,预应力组合机架具有更好的强度和刚度,同时具有较强的抗偏载能力,为多点成形设备的设计和应用提供了一定的参考价值。
The traditional multi-point forming equipment basically adopts the three-beam four-column press, A new type of plate multi-point forming press with pre-stressed composite frame has been proposed in the text.The structure not only overcomes the situation of being pulled and bent of the column in the traditional three-beam four-column structure press, but also effectively improves stiffness of the press, as well as the product manufacturing accuracy. In comparative analysis has been conducted to the frame of traditional the overall stress state, strength and the text, the finite element simulation three-beam four-column press and pre-stressed composite frame press. The results show that the pre-stressed composite frame has better strength and rigidity, as well as anti-eccentric load capacity. It provides certain reference for the design and application of the multi-point forming equipment.
