摘要
激光切割机是高速、高精度的数控机床,对机床的动态特性及跟随误差要求很高。本文对配置倍福系统的激光切割机进行伺服优化分析,并通过海德汉二维光栅进行圆度测试。测试结果表明影响机床精度的主要因素有伺服参数、减速机反向间隙、机床自身的震动等。
Laser cutting machine is a highspeed&precision CNC machine tool, which has high requirement on the dynamic characteristics and following error of the machine tool. In the text, the servo optimization analysis has been conducted to the laser cutting machine equipped with BECKHOFF system. The roundness test has been performed through HEIDENHAIN 2D grating. The test results show that the main factors affecting the accuracy of the machine are servo parameters, reducer backlashand machine self-vibration, etc.
