摘要
以异形I形截面不锈钢型材为研究对象,采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件系统对其热挤压成形过程进行数值模拟分析。研究了挤压稳态成形过程中挤压速度、摩擦系数、坯料预热温度等因素对不锈钢型材挤压过程的影响。计算结果表明,当挤压比为9、挤压速度为200mm/s、摩擦因子为0.3、模具预热温度为450℃、坯料预热温度为1050℃时,金属流动状况良好,材料的应力应变分布均匀,可有效提高模具的寿命,对指导实际生产具有积极的参考价值。
Taking a special I-shaped stainless steel section as the research object, the numerical simulation analysis has been implemented to the hot extrusion process by use offinite element software Deform-3D. The effect of the extrusion speed, friction factor and preheating temperature of billet on extrusion process for stainless steel section has been studied. The results show that the metal is in good flow condition and the stress & strain of which are well-distributed when the extrusion ratio is 9; the extrusion speed is 200mm/s; the friction factor is 0.3; mold preheating temperature is 450 ℃ and billet preheating temperature is 1050 ℃. It provides positive reference value for guiding the actual production.
