摘要
介绍了一种细长轴类零件精密过盈配合的装配方法。分析了装配过程中出现爬行现象的原因,提出了爬行现象的解决方法,针对相关问题做了进一步优化。找出一种消除爬行现象的敲击方法,并设计了本方法所采用装置的结构。
A method of assembling precision interference fit for slender shaft parts has been introduced in the text. The causes of creeping phenomenon in the assembly process have been analyzed and the solving method has been put forward. A percussion method to eliminate the creeping phenomenon has been found and the structure of device adopted in this method has been designed.
