防灾减灾视角下的城市空间布局规划研究——以唐山市为例

Study on Urban Spatial Layout Planning from the Perspective of Disaster Prevention and Disaster Reduction: Tangshan

以主要自然灾害风险分析为基础,结合承灾环境、建设现状和发展规划,提出唐山市未来防灾减灾总体策略和未来城市发展空间布局结构选取方向和限制性条件,为支撑新的城市空间结构,对唐山市未来应急救援通道和重大防灾工程设施作出规划,为唐山市未来防灾减灾工作提供了参考,也为其它城市在编制总体规划时提供借鉴。

Based on the analysis of the main natural disaster risk,combined with the disaster-bearing environment,the construction status and the development plan,the paper puts forward the direction and restrictive conditions of the future disaster prevention and mitigation of Tangshan City and the future spatial structure of urban development. In order to support the new urban space Structure,Tangshan City,the future emergency rescue channel and major disaster prevention project facilities to make planning for the future of Tangshan City disaster prevention and mitigation work provides a reference for other cities in the preparation of the overall planning to provide reference.
