浅析市场营销与财务部门的协调

摘要 市场营销与财务部门是企业至关重要的两个部门,企业的健康发展离不开市场营销与财务部门的工作,然而有时这两个部门会发生决策上的矛盾,这直接影响着企业的市场竞争力以及企业收益。论文通过阐述市场营销与财务部门的关系,分析了市场营销与财务部门所存在的矛盾及产生原因,并给出了解决其矛盾的几点建议,希望能够对企业的健康快速发展起到良好的推动作用。 Marketing and financial departments are two important departments of enterprises, the healthy development of the enterprise cannot do without the marketing and financial sector work, but sometimes the two departments will conflict in decision-making, which directly affects the market competitiveness and the between enterprise's income. This paper expounds the relationship between marketing and financial departments, analyzes the contradictions and its causes between marketing and financial departments, and gives some suggestions to solve the contradiction, hoping to play a good role in promoting the healthy and rapid development of enterprises.
