摘要
街道办事处的直接负责机构是市辖区政府部门,其存在的意义在于将国家新颁布的政策在具体事项中落实。由此可知,人力资源管理工作在街道办事处的各项工作中占据重要位置。人力资源管理工作水平高低与街道办事处的公众形象有密切关系,在新时代,街道办事处有必要采取措施提高其工作水平。论文从街道办事处人力资源管理工作现存的问题出发,提出了几点针对性的措施。
The direct responsible agency of the street office is the government department of the municipal district. Its significance lies in the implementation of the new policy of the state in the specific matters. Thus, the human resources management work occupies an important position in the various work of the sub-district office. The level of human resource management is closely related to the public image of the sub district offices. In the new era, the sub district offices need to take measures to improve their working level. Starting from the existing problems of human resource management in the sub-district office, the paper puts forward some pertinent measures.
