摘要
当下高校社团活动的形式越来越多样,但活动质量和效果不尽如人意。以往的研究多局限于经费保障、干部队伍建设、企业管理和项目策划等视角寻求解决之道。本研究关注活动的具体开展过程,探索将潜在失效模式风险分析(FMEA)运用于高校社团过程的管理中,以期提高高校社团活动效果。在我校乒乓球赛的具体案例中,FMEA显示受众不广、现场人员缺失、经费预算不合理等是风险较高的因素,据此制定相应预防措施。
Nowadays, the form of college community activities is more and more diverse, but the quality of the activities and the effect are not satisfactory.Most of the previous studies seek solutions in the aspects of funds guarantee, cadre team construction, enterprise management and project planning.This research focuses on the specific process of activities, explores the application of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis（FIVIEA） in the process management of university societies to improve the effectiveness of college mass organizations.In the specific cases of table tennis competition in our school, FMEA shows the audience is not wide, the site personnel is missing, the budget is not reasonable, which are the higher risk factors, accordingly, corresponding preventive measures are worked out accordingly.
