党的十九大通过了《中国共产党章程(修正案)》(以下简称"党章"),为新时代全党上下开展各项工作提供了根本遵循,成为全党新的行动纲领。认真学习学好十九大新党章,是全党同志的必修课,论文就此次党章修改的背景和新的主要内容做简单分析研究,通过分析论述,希望能对十九大党章的精神内涵有更深刻清晰的把握认识。

The 19th Party of the Communist Party of China passed the ＂Constitution of the Communist Party of China （Amendment）＂ （hereinafterreferred to as the ＂Party Constitution＂）, which provided a basis for the whole party＇s work in the new era and became the new action plan of the whole party.
