浅谈女大学生创业特性及创业教育对策研究

Discussion on the Entrepreneurial Characteristics of Female College Students and the Countermeasures of Entrepreneurship Education

在"双创"背景下,女大学生创业不仅能缓解其就业压力,同时对我国经济发展也能起到很好的促进作用。但女大学生创业也存在创业意识和观念存在一定程度不足、创业素质和能力不高等问题,这很大部分是源于我国的创业教育体系滞后,因此针对女大学生创业教育存在的问题,论文提出可以从激发女大学生的创业意识、注重女大学生创业素质和能力的培养、拓展创业教育资金融资渠道等六个方面来着手解决。

In the background of ＂Double Entrepreneurship＂, female university students can not only alleviate the employment pressure, but also can play a good role in promoting the economic development of our country. But there are lack of career consciousness, low ability and quality of entrepreneurial for female student entrepreneurial, much of this is due to the lag of the education system in China, so according to the problems o f female college student entrepreneurship education, paper puts forward that we can solve this problem form six aspects o f arousing the entrepreneurial consciousness of female college students, emphasizing the cultivation of antrepraneurship quality and ability of female college students, expanding the financing channel of education capital and the others.
