中药标准化问题与对策研究

Study on problems and countermeasures of standardization of traditional Chinese medicine

中药标准化是推进中医药事业发展的重大战略。多年来,中药标准化的实施取得了一定成效,但问题同样存在。中药标准过于西化、与中医理论相脱离、中药标准化对临床指导作用不明显、中药标准化中知识产权问题突出,加上中药标准体系混乱,都表明我国的中药标准化工作还亟需完善。坚持中医理论对中药标准化的指导,突显标准的中医药特色,加强临床用药标准化研究,平衡标准与知识产权的关系等措施,将有助于中药标准化问题的解决。

Standardization of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） is the major strategy to promote the development of Chinese medicine. Over the years, even though the implement of standardization of TCM has achieved much progress, there are still many problems. The standards are too westernized and dissociated from TCM theory, standardization does not have obvious clinical guidance, intellectual property issues are outstanding, and the standard system is orderless. The standardization of TCM needs to be completed urgently. Persisting the guidance by Chinese medicine theory, highlighting the characteristics of TCM, strengthening the study on clinical standardization and balancing the relationship between standards and intellectual property will be helpful to solve these problems.
