文章梳理从先秦奠定脾胃生理功能的基础,到孙思邈倡"五脏不足,求于胃",李东垣首次提出"治脾以安五脏"的学术思想,张景岳补充李东垣思想提出"治五脏以调脾胃",到现代著名医家李德新教授提出"调脾胃以安五脏",并应用这一理论治疗疾病。同时从脾胃为五脏之源,脾主四时,脾胃为气机之枢,脾胃化生营卫和滋养五官九窍等方面论述"治脾以安五脏"的学术思想内涵。

The paper analyzed the basic physiological function of spleen and stomach from the pre-Qin period to the theory ＇the deficiency of five zang viscera damage should be treated from stomach＇ from SUN Si-miao, LI Dong-yuan first postulated ＇regulating spleen to help five zang viscera＇, and ZHANG Jing-yue supplement expanded that ＇treatment of five zang viscera can help spleen and stomach＇, then LI De-xin put forward that ＇regulating spleen and stomach to help five zang viscera＇ and he applied this theory in the treatment of disease. The paper discussed the academic thought of ＇regulating spleen to help five zang viscera＇ from the theory of spleen and stomach is the source of the zang-viscera system, spleen governing four seasons, spleen and stomach are the hinge of qi movement, spleen and stomach generate yingfen and weifen while nourish five senses and nine orifices.
