独活潜在功用的考察与分析

Exploration and analysis on the potential function of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis

目的:利用《普济方》数据库管理系统,结合文献考证和现代药理学研究与临床应用,挖掘和分析独活潜在功用,扩大临床应用范围。方法:分析《普济方》数据库管理系统含独活复方所治病证的分布和构成,同时考察历代本草记载的独活功用,并与2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》比较,发现古今功用主治的不同,挖掘和分析独活的潜在功用,结合现代药理学和临床应用加以佐证。结果:在《普济方》数据库中检索含独活复方1 619首,所治病证499个,分为26类,根据病证提炼功能,其中祛风除湿、止痛功能与2015年版《中华人民共和国药典》记载内容相吻合,但治疗中风、痈疽疮疡、痉病、瘙痒、惊悸、虚损、目赤肿痛等病证的功用未被收录。结合现代药理学研究和临床应用验证发现独活还具有平肝息风、解毒疗疮、安神定悸等功用。结论:通过数据分析、文献考证及现代药理学研究与临床应用的佐证,确认独活具有平肝息风、解毒疗疮、安神定悸的潜在功用。

Objective： Using the Puff Fang database management system, the literatures and the modem pharmacology research and clinical application, mining and analysis potential function of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis, expand the scope of clinical application. Methods： Puff Fang database management system was used to retrieve the distribution and compositions of ancient compounds including Angelica and summarize the overall functions. Meanwhile, the descriptions of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis functions from old herbalism documents were investigated by comprehensive summary. The results were further compared with 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopeia to find the similarities and difference of its ancient and present functions, and explore its potential functions. This could be verified by modem pharmacological study and clinical application. Results： Search in the Puff Fang database and obtain 1 619 ancient compounds including Angelica, 499 diseases, divided into 26 categories. According to the conditions derived function, found that the functions of Dispel wind and dehumidification and relieve pain has been recorded in 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopeia. But the functions for stroke, ulcer, ulcer disease, pruritus, palpitation, spasm of deficiency, red eyes and throat has not been recorded. Modem pharmacological study and clinical application showed that Radix Angelicae Pubescentis can calm liver wind, detoxification treatment and sores, soothe the palpitation. Conclusion： Through data analysis, literature research and proof of modem pharmacology study and clinical application, we confirmed that calming liver wind, detoxification treatment and sores, soothe the palpitation were the potential function of Radix Angelicae Pubescentis.
