摘要
《金匮要略》确立了中医杂病诊治体系,后世医家多对此书推崇备至。然而其书文字古奥,医理深邃,初学者常欲学仲景心法而不得。文章选取温法这一《金匮要略》中颇具代表性的治法,叙述其应用范围,从正邪虚实角度详细阐述温法常与变的运用要点,并列举代表方证。
Jingui Yaolue has established TCM miscellaneous diseases diagnosis and treatment system, winning undivided admiration by doctors later. However, this ancient book is so difficult to understand that beginners are unable to learn it properly. This paper aimed at describing the clinical application of warming method, one of the most typical treatment methods in Jingui Yaolue, from the perspectives of vital qi and pathogen, deficiency and excess, representative prescriptions have been elaborated, as well.
