基于辨证治疗COPD多维结局指标的模糊层次理想点法综合评价研究 被引量:4

Comprehensive efficacy evaluation for COPD multidimensional outcomes indexes based on syndrome differentiation with FH-TOPSIS

摘要 目的:运用模糊层次理想点法(FH-TOPSIS)对4中心352例的随机对照临床研究结局指标进行综合评价研究。方法:基于前期构建的COPD疗效评价指标体系,结合专家问卷调查建立的递阶层次结构模型及指标赋权,采用FH-TOPSIS,对4中心352例随机对照研究临床结局指标(急性加重、肺功能、证候积分、生活质量等)进行综合评价,采用模糊语言进行评价并量化,计算指标权重和评分,计算相对接近度并排序比较,筛选最优治疗措施。结果:试验组综合评价指数C值(1)高于对照组(0),更接近于最优方案,临床疗效优于对照组。结论:FH-TOPSIS能够适用于中医药治疗多维临床结局指标综合评价研究,能够区分治疗效果,对于多组干预措施的优选更适宜。 Objective: To conduct comprehensive evaluate on 352 cases of randomized controlled study outcomes indexes from 4 centers by fuzzy-hierarchy technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (FH-TOPSIS). Methods: Based on pre-developed chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) clinical efficacy evaluation system, combining with progressive hierarchical structure model and index weight structured by expert consult survey to conduct FH:TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation on 352 cases of randomized controlled study outcomes indexes (acute exacerbation of COPD, pulmonary function, syndrome score, quality of life, et al) from 4 centers. Then the clinical outcome indicators were quantitatively evaluated and weighted with the fuzzy language by calculating index weight, scores and relative approach degree, so to select optimal treatment method. Results: FH-TOPSIS results showed that the comprehensive efficacy evaluation indexes of the experimental group (1) were higher than those of the control group (0) and closer to optimal plan with better clinical efficacy. Conclusion: FH-TOPSIS could be suitable for the comprehensive efficacy evaluation study on multidimensional outcomes indexes of traditional Chinese medicine and distinguishing the clinical efficacy and is more suitable for the multiple treatment measurement.
