Standard(draft) for preparation of chronic skin ulcer animal model

慢性皮肤疮疡是临床常见病症,易溃、难敛、难治愈,病程较长,反复发作。现慢性皮肤疮动物疡模型为病因性模型,以中医指标为主。基于对慢性皮肤疮疡的中西医临床病症特点分析及对现有动物模型的大量实验研究,形成如下慢性皮肤疮疡动物模型制备规范(草案)。

Chronic skin ulcer is a common disease in clinic, which is easy to break, difficult convergence, difficult to treat, long course and recurrent attacks. Now, the chronic skin ulcer animal model is the etiological model, with the traditional Chinese medicine index as the main index. Based on analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine clinical symptoms of chronic skin ulcer and a large number of experimental studies on existing animal models,we have formed the following chronic skin ulcer animal model preparation specification （Draft）.
