摘要
骨质疏松症是一种常见的老年性骨代谢疾病,致残率较高,随着我国老龄化进程的加快,它给我国造成了一定程度的社会和经济负担。因而,如何防治骨质疏松症已成为了人们关注的焦点。临床上,骨质疏松症患者表现出多种证型,其中不乏肾阳虚证者。近年来,中医药防治骨质疏松症肾阳虚证患者取得了较为确切的临床疗效,然而,相关的作用机制尚未阐明。因此,寻找一种最大程度贴合人体实际,模拟本病本证的临床症状及病理变化的病证结合动物模型对于探索相关机制具有重要意义。文章就近15年来用动物进行骨质疏松症肾阳虚病证结合模型造模的相关方法作一综述。
Osteoporosis is a common age-related bone metabolic disease with a high morbidity. With the accelerated aging, osteoporosis gives our country a certain degree of social and economic burden. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis has become the focus of people's attention. Clinically, patients with osteoporosis show up a multitude of syndrome types, including syndrome of deficiency of kidney yang. In recent years, the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in patients with syndrome of deficiency of kidney yang of traditional Chinese medicine has made exact clinical effect. However, the related mechanism has not yet been elucidated. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore a combination of animal models of disease and syndrome, which is the best fit with the human body to simulate the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of the disease. This article reviews the relevant methods used to establish animal models combined osteoporosis with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-yang in the past 15 years.
