摘要
青蒿除广泛应用于清暑退热,治疗疟疾、湿热黄疸等疾患,其对于皮肤病的治疗作用日渐成为研究的焦点。文章即从青蒿在皮肤病的应用方面进行系统综述。青蒿以及其有效成分青蒿素,衍生物蒿甲醚、蒿乙醚、青蒿琥酯、双氢青蒿素,可通过调控T淋巴细胞功能以及IL-10、TNF-α等机制而发挥治疗光敏感性皮肤病、湿疹、系统性红斑狼疮的作用;还可通过抑制角质形成细胞增殖及表皮的角化过程等机制而治疗银屑病;亦可通过抑制皮肤癣菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及糠秕孢子菌等而治疗皮肤真菌感染和痤疮等感染性皮肤疾病。
Except for clearing summer heat, treating malaria, dampness-heat jaundice and other diseases, the therapeutic effect of Artemisia annua L. on in treating skin diseases is becoming the focus of research. This paper conducted a systematic review of Artemisia annua L. in the application of skin diseases, Artemisia annua L. and its active ingredient, as well as its derivatives such as artemether, arteether, artesunate, dihydroartemisinin, not only treat photosensitivity dermatosis, eczema and systemic lupus erythematosus by regulating T-lymphocyte function, cytokines IL-10, TNF- a and other mechanisms, but also treat psoriasis by inhibiting cell proliferation of keratinocyte and keratosis of epidermal, also treat fungal skin infections, acne and other infectious skin diseases by inhibiting dermatophytes, propionibacterium aches, staphylococcus aureus, and pityrosporum.
