中医初诊与复诊处方变化规律研究进展

Study on changing regularity of TCM first visit and subsequent visit prescriptions

笔者通过将近20年来对初、复诊的概念,古今不同医家对于临证处方的变化规律关系较为密切的中医期刊论文和临床专著加以综述,归纳和总结了古今医家对于初、复诊临证处方的变化规律的理解与认识,发现仍存在在用药范围变化、剂量的变化、配伍的变化等的问题上尚未进行系统研究,以上几个问题的探究有助于更全面、更深入地继承古今医家的临证经验,有助于指导现代医家临床辨证用药。

By reviewing the concept offirst visit and subsequent visit for nearly 20 years, the dissertation summarized the journal articles and clinical monographs of traditional Chinese medicine which are closely related to the changing regularity of clinical prescriptions by different physicians in ancient and modern times. This paper also summarized and summed up the ancient and modern physicians for understanding the change rules of first visit and subsequent visit prescriptions. It was found that it had not been studied systematically in the range of changes, medication dose change, change compatibility and other issues. The exploration of the above problems conduces to more comprehensive and in-depth inheritance of ancient and modern physicians clinical experience, which is helpful to the modern medicine clinical syndrome differentiation treatment.
