龙砂医家王旭高五运六气学术经验探赜

Exploration on the academic experience of WANG Xu-gao:A Longsha doctor in the application of 'five movements and six qi' theory

重视"五运六气"理论的临床运用,是龙砂医学流派的重要学术特色之一,历代龙砂医家有关"五运六气"理论的研究与临床实践著述颇丰。文章基于《运气证治歌诀》《王旭高临证医案》《环溪草堂医案》,探析龙砂名医王旭高五运六气学术思想与临床经验,得出王旭高注重运气学说的临床应用,提出临证须"明岁气天时""相机从事",主张灵活运用运气学说,认为"执司天以求治,而其失在隘。舍司天以求治,而其失在浮"。

One of the important academic characteristics of Longsha Medical is to pay an attention on the clinical application with the theory of five movements and six qi. There are quite fruitful writings about the theory＇s research and clinical practice by the Longsha Medical Sect doctors in the past dynasties. Based on Verses of ＇Yun Ql＇Symptoms and Treatment, Clinical Consilia of WANG Xu-gao and Clinical Consilia of ＂Huan Xi Cao Tang＇, this paper analyzes the academic thought and clinical experience of WANG Xu-gao, who is a famous Longsha doctor, and concludes that WANG Xu-gao pays attention to the clinical application of doctrine of five movements and six qi, proposes that clinical treatment should ＇Realizing the Climate＇ ＇Realizing the pathogenesis from the disease situation＇, the doctrine of five movements and six qi should be used flexibly, for example： Treat with ＇Si Tian theory＇ woodenly will cause parochialism, meanwhile treat without ＇Si Tian theory＇ will beimpractical.
