基于3种多基源饮片质量考察谈等量性研究的必要性

Necessity of the research on equal quantity based on the quality investigation of three multi-origin pieces

郁金、吴茱萸、蔓荆子均为《中华人民共和国药典》收载多基源中药品种,其中郁金有4种基源,吴茱萸有3种基源,蔓荆子有2种基源。笔者通过对市售郁金、吴茱萸、蔓荆子饮片的质量考察研究发现,3种多基源饮片的外观性状和内在质量均差异较大,且均与基源相关。基于此提出应重视多基源饮片的质量共性和差异性,开展多基源中药饮片的等量性研究,以更好地合理利用中药资源,以实现精准治疗,保障临床疗效。

Radix Curcumae, Fructus Cuodiae and Fructus Viticis are all multi-origin Chinese medicine breeds which are contained in of Pharmacopoeia People ＂s Republic of China. Radix Curcumae has four origins, Fructus Cuodiae has three origins and Fructus Viticis has two origins. Based on the quality investigation of the three pieces, we found that these three pieces had large differences both in superficial characteristics and intrinsic qualities, which were related to their origins. In order to make better use of the resources of Chinese medicine, achieve precise treatment and guaranteed clinical effect, we proposed that the commonalities and differences in quality of multi-origin pieces should be emphasized and the research on equal quantity should be carried out.
