电针百会和足三里对卒中后抑郁小鼠行为学的影响

Effects of electroacupuncture at Baihui(DU20) and Zusanli(ST36) on the behaviors in post-stroke depressive mice

目的:观察电针百会、足三里对卒中后抑郁(PSD)小鼠行为学的影响。方法:将70只ICR小鼠随机分为对照组、慢性不可预见性温和刺激法(CMS)组、PSD组、针刺组和非穴组,各组小鼠进行旷野实验、糖水消耗试验。结果:与对照组比较,应激第7天时PSD组水平和垂直运动次数显著降低(P<0.05),到应激第14天时,PSD组得分进一步下降,并持续到应激第28、42天(P<0.01)。与PSD组比较,在应激第14、28和42天水平运动和垂直运动次数较针刺组显著增加(P<0.05)。应激第7、14、28、42天,PSD组的大鼠糖水消耗比例显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。在应激第14、28和42天针刺组糖水消耗比例较PSD组显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:PSD组出现行为学异常早于CMS组,且PSD组的行为学改变更严重而持久。电针百会和足三里可以改善PSD小鼠的行为学异常,在应激第14天开始发挥持续的抗抑郁作用。

Objective： To observe the anti-depressive effects of electroacupuncture at Baihui （DU20） and Zusanli （ST36） on the behaviors of post-stroke depression （PSD） mice. Methods： Seventy ICR mice were randomly divided into the control group, the chronic unpredictablemild stress （CUMS） group, the PSD group, the EA group and the non-acupoint group. The open-field test, sucrose preference test were used to assess depression-like behaviors. Results： Compared with the control group, crossing and rearing activity in PSD group on the 7th day was decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, followed by a further extension on the 14th, 28th and 42rid day （P〈0.01）. Compared with the concerning crossing and rearing activity in PSD group, significant differences were observed in EA group on the 14th, 28th, 42nd day （P〈0.05）. Sucrose preferences in PSD group showed a significant decrease than those in control group at 4 different stages （P〈0.01）. On the 14th, 2gth and 42rid day, sucrose preferences in EA group was significantly higher than those in PSD group （P〈0.05）. However, there was no significant difference on the 7th day. Conclusion： Behavioral abnormalities in group PSD were earlier than those in group CUMS. Behavioral changes in group PSD were more severe and lasting. Electroacupuncture at Baihui （DU20） and Zusanli （ST36） could improve the behavioral abnormality in PSD mice, which played a sustained antidepressant effect after the 14th day of stress.
