汉族与苗族健康人群的面诊、舌诊及脉诊图像参数的比较

Comparative study based on image parameters of face,tongue and pulse inspection on Han and Miao people

目的:客观评估苗族与汉族健康人群舌诊、面诊、脉诊图像参数的变化规律。方法:运用DKF-Ⅱ型中医舌、面诊数字化检测系统及SMART脉象采集系统采集贵州苗族与江苏汉族健康人群(各429名)的舌诊、面诊、脉诊的图像,并进行参数分析。统计分析用t检验方法。结果:面诊参数比较,苗族人群的红色指数、黑色指数及面色总指数显著高于汉族人群(P<0.05)。舌诊参数比较,苗族人群润燥特征值、腐腻特征值显著高于汉族人群(P<0.05)。脉图参数比较,苗族人群脉图参数h1、h4、h5、h3/h1、h5/h1、w/t值显著高于汉族人群(P<0.05)。结论:不同环境、不同民族对中医望诊和脉诊特征变化有一定影响,这可以作为汉族人与苗族人表型差异的有效指征,为不同民族的中医临床辨证提供客观依据。

Objective: To evaluate the changes of the parameters of tongue, face and pulse in Miao and Han population. Methods: DKF-type Ⅱ tongue diagnosis and pulse diagnosis digital detector developed by Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine was applied to collecting face, tongue, pulse images of 858 cases of Guizhou Miao and Han people in Jiangsu, and parameters were analyzed. T test method was used for statistical analysis. Results: In facial inspection parameters, red index, black index of Miao population were significantly higher than Han nationality(P<0.05). In the tongue parameters, Miao population's moist and dry value, greasy value was higher than that of Han nationality(P<0.05). In the comparison of pulse parameters, pulse parameters value of Miao people(h1, h4, h5, h3/h1, h5/h1, w/t) were significantly higher than those of Han population(P<0.05). Conclusion: Different environments, different races have certain influence on the inspection of traditional Chinese medicine and the pulse characteristics. This can be used as the effective indications of phenotypic difference in Han people and Miao people, and provide an objective basis for TCM clinic differentiation in different nations.
