小儿肺炎支原体肺炎多中心流行性特征分析

Analysis on the multicenter epidemic characteristics of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children

目的:通过开展肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)多中心流行性特征分析研究,观察各分中心MPP患儿一般资料、发病时间及证型构成特点,为制定中医药治疗MPP的有效途径和手段提供科学的临床依据。方法:对符合MPP诊断标准的400例患儿(2013年4月-2014年5月,每个参加研究的分中心收集患儿80例)进行多中心、前瞻性、流行性特征分析研究。结果:不同中心入组患儿年龄分层分布、出生方式、既往病史、过敏史、证型分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同季度、不同季节发病时间分布情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:小儿MPP发病年龄从学龄期趋向于学龄前期、甚至幼儿期。中心1(上海)的证型以风热闭肺型为主,其余中心(辽宁、广西、广州、山西)以痰热闭肺型发病较多。小儿MPP发病以夏秋季节为多。

Objective： Through developing the analysis of multi-center epidemic characteristics of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia （MPP） in children, to observe the general information, onset time and syndrome characteristics of children with MPP, and to provide scientific basis for the establishment of effective ways and means of TCM treatment of MPP. Methods： According to the diagnostic criteria, 400 children with MPP were enrolled in this study. All the patients were enrolled in the study from April 2013 to May 2014, and each participating research center collected 80 cases. And the results were analyzed by multicenter, prospective and epidemiological features. Results： There were differences in age stratified distribution, type distribution, past history, allergic history in different centers, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈O.OI）, The distribution of the onset time in different quarters and seasons was different, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.O 1）. Conclusion： The onset age of MMP in children tends from school stage to preschool stage, or even infancy. The main type of center 1 （Shanghai） is wind-heat blocking the lung syndrome, and themain type of other centers （Liaoning, Guangxi, Gnangzhou and Shanxi） is accumulation of phlegm-heat syndrome. The incidence of MMP in children is more in summer and autumn.
