This paper introduced the fire hazards of time-sharing lease car,and analyzed the fire fighting and rescue measures of time-sharing lease car in the circumstances of open space and underground confined space. It is pointed out that the time-sharing lease car has the higher requirements of fire fighting and rescue,the fire fighting should base on its working principle,so the method and means of fire fighting are determined.
