摘要 舌侧矫治具有美观性强、托槽定位精确和适应证广等优点,近年来,舌侧矫治越来越受到患者的青睐。但由于舌侧矫治的生物力学机制与传统唇侧矫治技术有很大的区别,因此,对医生的临床诊断及治疗提出了更高的要求。本文就舌侧矫治技术的发展、种类特征、生物力学机制和临床应用特点作一综述。 In recent years, lingual orthodontic treatment is gradually favored by patients, which can provide many advantages such as good appearance, accurate position and wider indications. It must bring higher requests to the diagnosis and treatment of doctors, because the biomechanical mechanism of lingual orthodontic treatment is obviously different from the traditional labial orthodontic treatment. In this paper, lingual orthodontics was reviewed about the development, types, characteristics, biomechanical mechanism and clinical applications.
