摘要
介绍了国内外主要蔗糖产品的种类及生产发展状况,以期为蔗糖产品的研究与开发提供指导方向和理论依据。
This paper summarized the domestic and oversea development situation and main variety of cane sugar products. The aim was to provide a theoretical foundation and an instructional direction for research and development of cane sugar in the future.
