双黄连口服液联合康复新液治疗儿童口腔溃疡57例临床研究

Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid Combined with Kangfuxin in Treating Children with Oral Ulcer: 57 Cases of Clinical Study

目的:探讨双黄连口服液联合康复新液治疗儿童口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取口腔溃疡患儿107例,按随机数表法分为观察组57例和对照组50例。观察组采用双黄连口服液口服联合康复新液含漱治疗,对照组只采用康复新液含漱治疗,均予连续治疗5 d,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、疼痛指数、溃疡面愈合时间和治愈患儿3个月内的复发率。结果:观察组治愈率89.47%,对照组64.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但观察组总有效率与对照组(100%vs 98.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿的疼痛指数与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿溃疡面愈合时间与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿3个月内复发率比较(5.88%vs 28.13%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:双黄连口服液联合康复新液含漱治疗儿童口腔溃疡疗效显著,可有效改善患儿临床表现和降低复发率。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with Kangfuxin liquid in treating children with oral ulcer. Methods： One hundred and seven children with oral ulcer were selected,all children were randomly divided into observation group（ 57 cases） and control group（ 50 cases）. The observation group was treated with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with Kangfuxin liquid,and the control group was only treated with Kangfuxin liquid. Both groups were given 5 days continuous treatment. The clinical efficacy,the pain index,the healing time of the ulcer surface and the recurrence rate of the cured children in3 months of the two groups were compared. Results： The cure rate of the observation group was 89. 47%,which was 64. 00% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. But the total effective rate in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group（ 100% vs 98. 00%）（ P〈0. 05）. The pain indexes of the two groups had statistically significant difference compared with those before treatment（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment,the pain index of the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The healing time of the ulcer surface in the children of the observation group was shorter compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was a significant difference in the recurrence rate（ 5. 88% vs 28. 13%） in the two groups（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：Shuanghuanglian oral liquid combined with Kangfuxin liquid in treating children with oral ulcer has obvious therapeutic effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate possible.
