2013-2016年我院儿童抗感染药物不良反应的评价

Evaluation of Adverse Reactions Caused by Anti-Infectives in Our Hospital from 2013 to 2016

目的:对儿童使用抗感染药物发生不良反应(ADR)的规律和特点进行探讨,为临床药物使用提供参考。方法:收集我院2013-2016年105例患儿抗感染药物引起的ADR报告,分别从患儿基本信息、ADR临床表现、药物种类等多方面探讨原因,并提出针对性的预防措施。结果:静脉给药易发生ADR;药物中以头孢菌素类所致ADR较多;ADR累及器官主要集中在皮肤及附件损害。结论:儿童在临床中使用抗感染药物时更应警惕ADR。

Objective： To investigate the characteristics and rules of the adverse reactions caused by anti-infectives among children and provide references for clinical drug use. Methods： The study was made to collect the 105 case reports of adverse reactions caused by anti-infectives in our hospital from 2013 to 2016. The reasons from the children＇s information,ADR clinical manifestations,the drug kinds were analyzed,and putted forward relevant preventive measures. Results： Intravenous infusion was easy to cause adverse reactions. Most cases of ADR were caused by cephalosporins. The common manifestation was skin and accessory damage. Conclusion：The clinical application of antibiotics should pay more attention to adverse reaction.
